体外研究

TG-2-IN-1 (0.1-100 μM, 5 days) inhibits the growth of human scleral fibroblasts and reduces the number of cells.

 

Cell Proliferation Assay

Cell Line: scleral fibroblast
Concentration: 0.1, 1, 10, 100 μM
Incubation Time: 5 days
Result: The growth and cell quantity of cells were significantly reduced at 0.1 μM and further decreased in a concentration-dependent manner.
