即用型庆大霉素无菌溶液，以硫酸庆大霉素 (Gentamicin sulfate salt) 为原料配制，已过滤除菌，可直接用于细胞培养。庆大霉素通过与细菌核糖体 30S 亚基结合阻断细菌蛋白质的合成，可有效抑制多数革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的生长。此抗生素在常温下稳定，且是为数不多的对热和酸碱度变化较稳定的抗生素。
在细胞培养液中，庆大霉素的推荐工作浓度为 0.5-50
μg/mL，按照所需浓度稀释相应倍数使用即可。
