FITC-FA 即异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）标记的叶酸（Folic Acid，FA）。FITC 是一种常用荧光染料，最大吸收波长为 490–495 nm，最大发射波长为 520–530 nm，呈明亮的黄绿色荧光，具有光稳定性强、荧光量子产率高的特点。FITC-FA 可特异性结合肿瘤细胞，借助荧光显微镜、流式细胞仪等设备，实现对肿瘤细胞的准确定位与定量分析，助力肿瘤早期诊断与治疗研究；同时还可用于探究细胞摄取叶酸的机制及细胞内叶酸的代谢途径。
