氨苄青霉素(Ampicillin，Amp)又称安比西林、氨苄西林，是一种β-内酰胺类抗生素，干扰肽聚糖的交联从而抑制细胞壁的合成，属于氨基青霉素类抗生素，临床上常用氨苄青霉素治疗各种细菌感染，是非常经典的一种抗生素，常被用于配制含氨苄青霉素的 LB 培养基或 LB 平板，用于筛选携带氨苄抗性基因的质粒转化子。

本品为即用型无菌溶液，可直接用于分子生物实验。

生物活性	Ampicillin, also known as ampicillin or ampicillin, is a β - lactam antibiotic that interferes with the cross-linking of peptidoglycans and inhibits cell wall synthesis. It belongs to the ampicillin class of antibiotics and is commonly used in clinical practice to treat various bacterial infections. Ampicillin is a very classic antibiotic and is often used to prepare LB culture media or LB plates containing ampicillin for screening plasmid transformants carrying ampicillin resistance genes. This product is a ready to use sterile solution that can be directly used in molecular biology experiments.

2. 一定要按照顺序依次将溶剂加入，进行下一步操作之前必须保证上一步操作得到的是澄清的溶液，可采用涡旋、超声或水浴加热等物理方法助溶。
