生物活性

(R)-DNMDP is a potent and selective cancer cell cytotoxic agent. (R)-DNMDP, the R-form of DNMDP, binds PDE3A directly. (R)-DNMDP has a 500-fold lower EC₅₀ compared to the (S)-enantiomer in HeLa cell line.

体外研究

(R)-DNMDP (0.1 pM-1 mM; for 48 hours) has a 500-fold lower EC₅₀ compared to the (S)-enantiomer in HeLa cell line.
(S)-DNMDP has non-cytotoxic. Binding of PDE3A to the linker analogue is blocked by both trequinsin and (R)-DNMDP, but not by the (S)-DNMDP.

此方案可获得 2.5 mg/mL (8.21 mM) 的均匀悬浊液，悬浊液可用于口服和腹腔注射。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 25.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
