OXA-01 is an inhibitor of both mTORC1 and mTORC2 (ICs = 11 and 29 nM, respectively). It is selective for mTOR over PI3K isoforms and DNA protein kinase. OXA-01 reduces VEGF production in tumors in association with decreased vessel sprouting.
