NCL-00017509 is a potent and irreversible Nek2 ((Never in mitosis gene a)-related kinase 2) inhibitior. NCL-00017509 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
