7,4'-Dihydroxyflavone (7,4'-DHF) 7,4'-二羟基黄酮是从甘草 Glycyrrhiza uralensis 中分离的类黄酮，eotaxin/CCL11 抑制剂，抑制嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子产生。 7,4'-Dihydroxyflavone 通过调节 NF-κB，STAT6 和 HDAC2 抑制 MUC5A 基因表达和粘液产生。 7,4'-Dihydroxyflavone 降低 (PMA) 刺激的 NCI-H292 细胞 MUC5AC 表达，IC₅₀ 值为 1.4 μM。

生物活性

7,4'-Dihydroxyflavone (7,4'-DHF) is a flavonoid isolated from Glycyrrhiza uralensis, the eotaxin/CCL11 inhibitor, has the ability to consistently suppress eotaxin production and prevent dexamethasone (Dex)‐paradoxical adverse effects on eotaxin production. 7,4'-Dihydroxyflavone (7,4'-DHF) inhibits MUC5AC gene expression, mucus production and secretion via regulation of NF-κB, STAT6 and HDAC2. 7,4'-Dihydroxyflavone (7,4'-DHF) decreases phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) stimulated NCI-H292 human airway epithelial cell MUC5AC gene expression and mucus production with IC₅₀ value of 1.4 µM.

请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO 40% PEG300 5% Tween-80 45% saline
Solubility: ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (8.18 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (8.18 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 20.8 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
