生物活性

MM 419447, a linaclotide metabolite, is a guanylate cyclase-C agonist. MM 419447 has the potential for the research of the irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C).

体外研究

MM 419447 exhibits high-affinity binding to T84 cells, resulting in a significant, concentration-dependent accumulation of intracellular cyclic guanosine-39,59-monophosphate (cGMP).

体内研究

MM 419447 (10 mg/kg; p.o.) treatment shows the C_max, AUC_0-6 and t_1/2 values of 27 ng/mL, ≤ 29.7 ng h/mL and 0.33 hours, respectively

Animal Model:	Female Sprague-Dawley rats
Dosage:	10 mg/kg
Administration:	P.o. (Pharmacokinetic Analysis)
Result:	The C_max, AUC_0-6 and T_max were 27 ng/mL, ≤ 29.7 ng h/mL and 0.33 hours, respectively.

以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 25.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL 20% 的 SBE-β-CD 生理盐水水溶液中，混合均匀。
