Diphyllin 是一种从 Justicia procumbens 中分离出的芳基萘木脂素，是一种有效的 HIV-1 抑制剂，IC50 为 0.38 μM。Diphyllin 还具有抗水泡性口炎病毒 (VSV) 和流感病毒的活性。Diphyllin 是 V-ATPase 的抑制剂，IC₅₀ 值为 17 nM，可抑制人破骨细胞中的溶酶体酸化。Diphyllin 以 IC₅₀ 值为 50 μM 来抑制 NO 产生，并具有抗癌和抗炎活性。

生物活性

Diphyllin is an arylnaphthalene lignan isolated from Justicia procumbens and is a potent HIV-1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.38 μM. Diphyllin is active against vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) and influenza virus. Diphyllin is a vacuolar type H-ATPase (V-ATPase) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ value of 17 nM and inhibits lysosomal acidification in human osteoclasts. Diphyllin inhibits NO production with an IC₅₀ of 50 μM and has anticancer and anti-inflammatory activities.

请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO 40% PEG300 5% Tween-80 45% saline
Solubility: ≥ 1.43 mg/mL (3.76 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 1.43 mg/mL (3.76 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 14.3 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
