WDR5-0102 is an effective and selective WDR5-MLL1 inhibitor with a Kdis value of 7 μM and Kd value of 4 μM. WDR5-0102 inhibited the activity of MLL1, but did not show the activity of human H3K4 methyltransferase SETD7 and G9a, EHMT1, SUV39H2, SETD8, PRMT3 and PRMT5.
