O-Nornuciferine, an aporphine-type alkaloid from lotus leaf, is a potent hERG channel inhibitor.

体外研究

O-Nornuciferine has an IC50 of 7.91 μM in vitro hERG blockages measured in HEK293 cells.
O-Nornuciferine (100 μM) has 47% hERG channel inhibition in Xenopus oocytes by lotus alkaloids.
