生物活性

Cyanidin-3-O-galactoside chloride (Ideain chloride) is a component from extract peel of hawthorn fruit (EPHF) with the value of 179.4 mg/g. EPHF exhibits strong AChE inhibitory activity.

体外研究

EPHF exhibits strong antioxidant and AChE inhibitory activity (oxygen radical absorbance capacity ; ORAC value: 11.65±2.37 μM Trolox equivalents (TE)/mg, DPPH IC₅₀ value: 6.72 μg/mL, anti-AChE activity IC₅₀ value: 11.72 μg/mL).
EPHF exhibits high levels of cytotoxicity on MCF-7 and SKOV-3 human tumour cell lines in a dose-dependent manner with the IC₅₀ of 2.76 and 80.11 μg/mL, respectively.

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (5.16 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 25.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
