生物活性

Raleukin (AMG-719) is a recombinant, nonglycosylated human interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R) antagonist. Raleukin (AMG-719) is the first biological agent to block the pro-inflammatory effects.

体内研究

Combined Etanercept (5 mg/kg, ip) and Anakinra (100 mg/kg, ip. daily for 7 days) substantially improves marginal mass human islet engraftment in immunodeficient mice.
Raleukin (AMG-719) enhances tumor growth inhibition in mice receiving peptide vaccination and β-(1-3),(1-6)-D-glucan.
