Neurokinin antagonist 1 is a Neurokinin antagonist extracted from patent WO1998045262A1. The invention in the patent WO1998045262A1 refers to antagonists of the interaction between the P substance and the NK-1 receptor, the process for their preparation, and their use in pharmaceutical compositions which may be used in the treatment of pathological forms in which the P substance receptor is involved, and in particular in the treatment of the inflammation of airways, such as asthma and rhinitis, and in the treatment of emesis.
